Exchange Policy – Saree Divine

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with the product, we offer a smooth exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

• Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Customized or altered sarees

• Items damaged due to misuse

3. Exchange Process:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 5 days.

• Send the item back to our address (shipping at buyer’s cost).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the exchange.

4. Note: No refund will be provided, only exchange.
